First Nations Access Resources

Our Work
At First Nations Access Resources, our work is defined by a holistic approach that integrates cutting-edge technology, inclusive recruitment, and comprehensive contracting services. We are committed to empowering First Nations and non-Indigenous Australians alike, delivering value to our clients and communities through three core pillars: technology development, workforce solutions, and project delivery. Our advanced AI-driven mapping tools protect culturally and environmentally sensitive sites, ensuring responsible land use and resource development. Through tailored recruitment and placement services, we connect skilled individuals and contractors—both Indigenous and non-Indigenous—to meaningful opportunities across a wide range of industries. In partnership with clients and project partners, we deliver diverse contract work, from environmental management to technical consulting, all while upholding best practice in social procurement and Indigenous engagement. This integrated model enables us to create sustainable, inclusive outcomes for people, projects, and Country.
Mapping Development

We are using AI technologies to develop sophisticated mapping tools that predict and identify culturally and environmentally sensitive locations, ensuring these areas are recognised and protected during land use and resource development. By integrating traditional knowledge with machine learning, drones, and geospatial data, our platform will enable early detection and ongoing monitoring of significant sites—empowering both communities and project partners to uphold cultural heritage and environmental stewardship throughout every stage of a project.
Recruitment
FNAR delivers tailored recruitment and placement services for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous employees and contractors across a wide range of industries. Leveraging our database and networks, community partnerships, and recruitment expertise to match the right talent with the right opportunities. We prioritise building a culturally safe environment throughout the recruitment process, actively encourage Indigenous participation, and ensure all candidates are assessed fairly and transparently. By connecting skilled individuals to meaningful roles, we help organisations meet their workforce, social procurement, and diversity targets while supporting sustainable employment outcomes for First Nations communities and the broader Australian workforce.
